Retries & the Successful Build Guarantee

The Successful Build Guarantee: if VibeX cannot produce a compiling, previewable result for your request because of an engine or platform failure, that attempt does not count against your included usage. You'll see what failed and whether completed work was preserved.

• If the AI provider is briefly unavailable, VibeX retries automatically — a failed attempt never counts against your usage.
• If our own engine can't produce running code for a build, that attempt isn't counted either. In-product, these show plainly as “Not counted — Successful Build Guarantee.”

This is a guarantee about your included usage, not a refund — an attempt that fails this way is never debited in the first place. See the pricing & tokens doc for exactly which failures are covered.
