Privacy Policy
Last updated August 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how VibeX HQ LLC collects, uses, retains, and protects personal information in connection with vibexhq.com, our communications, products we develop, and any retained legacy VibeX Build services.
Who we are
VibeX HQ LLC is a Texas limited liability company. VibeX HQ is a software product company and operates vibexhq.com.
Our privacy approach
Privacy is treated as a product and company responsibility. We aim to collect only information that is reasonably necessary for a disclosed purpose, limit how that information is used, and communicate material changes before introducing new data practices.
- VibeX HQ does not sell personal data.
- VibeX HQ does not use personal data for targeted advertising or third-party advertising profiles.
- We aim to minimize the personal information we collect and retain.
- We do not treat a planned feature or future privacy control as though it already exists.
HomePilot
HomePilot is under development and is not currently available as a public application. HomePilot does not currently offer public user accounts, payments, uploads, or other product interactions that collect HomePilot user data. Before HomePilot introduces material personal-data collection, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe what is collected, why it is needed, how it is used, and the choices available to users.
Information the VibeX HQ website may process
- Correspondence — information you choose to send when you contact VibeX HQ by email, including your email address, the contents of your message, and any information you voluntarily include.
- Technical and request information — ordinary hosting and security information such as IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, and related request metadata that infrastructure providers may process when delivering and protecting the website.
- Optional website analytics — if you affirmatively allow analytics, Google Analytics may process information about your use of the public corporate website, such as pages viewed, page and referral URLs, timestamps, browser or device information, interaction events, IP address, and general location information derived from technical data.
How we use current website information
- To operate, deliver, maintain, and secure vibexhq.com.
- To understand use of the public corporate website and improve its content, navigation, performance, and user experience when you have affirmatively allowed optional analytics.
- To respond to company, product, privacy, security, or legal correspondence.
- To investigate abuse, security issues, or technical failures.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations and protect the rights and safety of VibeX HQ, our users, and others.
Website analytics
VibeX HQ uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) on the public corporate website only after you affirmatively choose to allow analytics. Under our current consent implementation, the Google Analytics tag is blocked before that choice. If you reject analytics, the tag remains blocked unless you later change your choice.
After analytics consent is granted, Google Analytics may process information such as pages viewed, page and referral URLs, timestamps, browser or device information, interaction events, IP address, and general location information derived from technical data. Google Analytics may also set or read analytics cookies when analytics is enabled.
We use this analytics setup to understand traffic and use of the public corporate website and to improve the website. We do not use this analytics setup for targeted advertising. Our current implementation keeps advertising-related consent signals for ad storage, ad user data, and ad personalization denied.
Your analytics choice is stored in first-party browser storage so the website can remember it. You can change that choice later by using the Privacy choices control in the corporate website footer.
Google provides the analytics service and processes information under its own terms and policies. More information about how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services is available at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Legacy VibeX Build data
VibeX Build is an earlier VibeX HQ product. Although it is no longer presented as the company's current flagship product, retained legacy accounts, projects, published applications, exports, and related operational records may continue to exist so prior users can retain appropriate access and so VibeX HQ can operate, secure, support, preserve, or wind down those services responsibly.
- Legacy account information may include information received from a sign-in provider, such as name, email address, and avatar.
- Legacy product content may include prompts, projects, chat messages, checkpoints, generated code, and related project records.
- Legacy operational information may include usage or metering records, plan or reservation records, build metadata, and security or request logs.
- If a user connected GitHub, legacy records may include credentials or authorization data needed to perform exports the user requested.
- If a legacy billing feature was used, payment processing was handled through a payment provider rather than by VibeX HQ storing full payment-card numbers.
VibeX HQ does not use legacy VibeX Build prompts or generated code to train AI models. This policy does not expand the purposes for which previously collected legacy VibeX Build information may be used.
Service providers
VibeX HQ uses infrastructure and service providers where needed to operate its website and retained legacy services. Depending on the service or feature involved, these providers may include Vercel for hosting and delivery, Google for optional Google Analytics website measurement after analytics consent is granted, and, for legacy VibeX Build functionality, providers such as Supabase, Anthropic, E2B, GitHub, Stripe, and Pexels. Information is shared with service providers only as reasonably necessary for the relevant service or function.
Depending on the function being provided, categories of information disclosed to service providers may include technical and request information, correspondence needed to provide or support a service, and, for retained legacy VibeX Build functionality, account information, project content or context, operational records, authorization data, or billing and subscription status needed for the requested function.
Cookies and similar technologies
The public VibeX HQ corporate website does not require a HomePilot account. The website uses first-party browser storage to remember your optional analytics choice. Google Analytics cookies are not enabled by our current consent implementation unless you affirmatively allow analytics. If you reject analytics, Google Analytics remains blocked unless you later change your choice. Retained legacy VibeX Build account functionality may separately use authentication cookies or similar browser storage required to maintain a session and provide requested account features. VibeX HQ does not use personal data from these technologies for targeted advertising or third-party advertising profiles.
Data retention and deletion
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide or preserve requested legacy functionality, to maintain security and business records, or to satisfy applicable legal obligations. Retention periods can differ depending on the type of information and the reason it is held.
Optional analytics information collected after consent is also subject to the retention settings used for our Google Analytics property and to Google's applicable processing and retention practices. Changing your analytics choice to reject analytics stops future Google Analytics collection through our current website implementation after that change; it does not by itself retroactively erase analytics information that was previously transmitted.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with you by emailing privacy@vibexhq.com. When deletion is appropriate, information will be removed from active systems subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, and backup-retention requirements.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, or certain uses of your personal information. You may submit a privacy request by emailing privacy@vibexhq.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
If VibeX HQ denies a privacy request and applicable law provides a right to appeal, you may appeal by replying to the decision or emailing privacy@vibexhq.com with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. If an appeal is denied and applicable Texas law requires it, we will provide information about how to submit a complaint to the Texas Attorney General.
Security
VibeX HQ treats security as a company responsibility and evaluates protections in the context of each product and its stage of development. Security information and responsible disclosure guidance are available at https://vibexhq.com/security.
Children
VibeX HQ's current public website and products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through HomePilot.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as VibeX HQ and its products evolve. We will update the date shown on this page when we do. Material new data practices will be described clearly, and this policy will not be used to quietly expand the use of information previously collected under more restrictive privacy commitments.
