These Terms of Service govern your use of vibexhq.com and public services currently provided by VibeX HQ LLC. They also explain how retained legacy VibeX Build access relates to the current company website. Please read these Terms together with our Privacy Policy at https://vibexhq.com/privacy.

Who we are

VibeX HQ LLC is a Texas limited liability company and operates vibexhq.com.

The current VibeX HQ website

The VibeX HQ website provides company information, product direction, public status updates, contact information, and related materials. You may use the public website for lawful informational purposes subject to these Terms.

HomePilot status

HomePilot is under development and is not currently offered as a publicly released application. References to product direction, concepts, planned capabilities, or development work are not promises of a release date, price, specific feature set, or future availability. No statement on the current VibeX HQ website should be interpreted as representing an unshipped HomePilot capability as already available.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the website or any VibeX HQ service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, bypass, probe, or interfere with the security or operation of VibeX HQ systems.
• Do not use VibeX HQ materials in a way that infringes the intellectual-property, privacy, or other legal rights of VibeX HQ or another person.

VibeX HQ materials

Unless otherwise stated, VibeX HQ LLC owns the VibeX HQ website, brand, design, text, software, and other company materials made available through the corporate website, subject to any third-party or open-source rights that may apply. These Terms do not transfer ownership of VibeX HQ intellectual property to you.

Legacy VibeX Build

VibeX Build is a legacy VibeX HQ product and is not presented as the company's current flagship offering. Certain existing accounts, projects, exports, published applications, or other legacy functionality may remain accessible to prior users.

• Users retain ownership of the applications and code they generated through VibeX Build, subject to applicable third-party and open-source licenses.
• Users remain responsible for the content they created and how they use exported or published code.
• Legacy functionality may depend on third-party infrastructure and may change as VibeX HQ maintains, secures, preserves, or winds down the retired product.
• Nothing on the current corporate website creates a new VibeX Build paid plan, pricing offer, founding-member offer, or Successful Build Guarantee.
• Any specific contractual, billing, reservation, ownership, or usage commitment that applied to a prior legacy transaction or service interaction is not reduced solely because VibeX HQ has changed its public corporate website or product focus.

Third-party services and links

The website or retained legacy services may reference or rely on third-party products, websites, infrastructure, or services. Those third parties operate under their own terms and policies. VibeX HQ is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control.

Website availability and disclaimers

The public VibeX HQ website is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep published company and product information accurate, but development status, plans, and other forward-looking information may change. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeX HQ LLC disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VibeX HQ LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the public website. Any different or additional limitation that applies to a legacy paid transaction remains governed by the agreement or terms applicable to that transaction.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to applicable law and any separate agreement, disputes relating to these Terms will be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts in Texas.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as VibeX HQ and its public services evolve. We will update the date shown on this page when we do. A change to the current corporate website does not by itself erase or reduce a contractual commitment that applied to a completed legacy transaction.
